1: Paper Feeding Unit

1.Adopts dual paper feeding structure with vacuum absorption, and front and rear blowing system and baffle design, wind force and machine speed are independently adjustable to stably transport paper, cardboard and rigid materials of different thicknesses. It effectively prevents double feeding, skew feeding and paper jamming, realize continuous, smooth and high-precision automatic paper feeding and improving the automation of the whole machine.

2 :Foil Stamping Unit

1.The hot stamping unit adopts a hydraulic-driven heating and pressing system equipped with thickened aviation aluminum heating plate for uniform heating and precise temperature control. The bottom plate is made of manganese steel,Wear resistant and durable.Stamping pressure, temperature and dwell time can be digitally adjusted. The stable pressure ensures clear patterns, sharp edges and firm color, supporting various processes such as hot stamping, embossing, creasing and debossing

2:Equipped with front push gauge and left/right push gauge,and adopts downward air suction and paper clamping functions highly improved the stamping accurate,stamping precision within ±0.10mm and more convenient for users to adjust and use according to the needle position direction of the printed pull gauge

3:Up and down pull-out version design,the upper plate can be rotated 180 degrees, more convenient and easier to replace template. It is suitable for the adjustment of multiple stamping plates

3 :Paper Collecting Unit

1.The automatic paper collecting unit can receive finished products in order smoothly and neatly without frequent manual material receiving. It forms a complete automatic production line with the paper feeding unit, improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost.

2. Equipped with two independent hot stamping shaft.Allows hot stamping of different colors or patterns at the same time, making products more diversified,meeting complex hot stamping requirements with multiple processes and highly increase the working efficiency.

3.The delivery table can adjust automatically according to the paper height. Additionally, the design allows for forklifts to collect the paper stacks, saving labor and improving efficiency

4:Double Cylinder hydraulic

Adopts double cylinder hydraulic pressure, to control the platform rising and down, and is responsible for pressurization and pressure maintenance, provided the higher pressure and more stability
